By accessing and placing an order with Monoamine Productions, trading as Carpenter Bee Studio, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Carpenter Bee Studio.

Products

All products sold by Carpenter Bee Studio are handcrafted wooden pendants. Each piece is individually carved and features unique natural wood grain patterns, meaning no two pieces are exactly alike. Product photos are representative, and actual items may vary slightly in grain pattern and color due to the natural characteristics of wood.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT as required by Dutch and EU law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not mean your order has been accepted - acceptance occurs when we ship your item and send a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other payment methods available at checkout.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility.

Handcrafted Nature

Our pendants are handcrafted items. Natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture are inherent characteristics and not defects. Production time may vary, and we will notify you of any significant delays.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, photos, and text, is the property of Monoamine Productions and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Monoamine Productions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
