Processing Time

All Carpenter Bee Studio pendants are handcrafted to order. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. During busy periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer various shipping options depending on your location. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping (Netherlands)

  • Free shipping on orders over €50
  • Standard Shipping: €4.95 (orders under €50)
  • Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
  • Tracked and insured

European Union

  • Shipping cost: €12.95
  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Tracked and insured
  • No customs fees (within EU)

International Shipping (Outside EU)

  • Shipping cost: €19.95
  • International Standard: 10-20 business days
  • Tracked and insured
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs authority. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

We cannot predict or control these charges, and Monoamine Productions is not responsible for any customs delays or fees.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at orders@carpenterbeestudio.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All shipments are insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos (if damaged). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and will send a replacement or provide a refund.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help track it down.

Order Tracking Problems
