Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your handcrafted wooden pendant. Because each piece is individually carved and features unique natural wood grain patterns, we carefully inspect every item before shipping.

14-Day Return Right

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to return standard, ready-made items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-made or personalized pendants created to your specifications are excluded from the right of return under EU law, as these are made specifically for you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your pendant arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Natural Wood Variations

Please note that natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture are inherent characteristics of handcrafted wooden jewelry and are not considered defects. Each pendant is unique, and slight differences from product photos are to be expected.

How to Return

To initiate a return, contact us at orders@carpenterbeestudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
