Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your handcrafted wooden pendant. Because each piece is individually carved and features unique natural wood grain patterns, we carefully inspect every item before shipping.

EU Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order, without giving any reason. If your order contains multiple items shipped separately, the 14-day period starts from the day you receive the final item. If the last day of the withdrawal period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day.

You may also cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel an unshipped order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@carpenterbeestudio.com.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account at account.carpenterbeestudio.com or contact us at orders@carpenterbeestudio.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-made or personalized pendants created to your specifications are excluded from the right of return under EU law, as these are made specifically for you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your pendant arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Natural Wood Variations

Please note that natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture are inherent characteristics of handcrafted wooden jewelry and are not considered defects. Each pendant is unique, and slight differences from product photos are to be expected.

How to Return

To initiate a return, log in to your account at account.carpenterbeestudio.com or contact us at orders@carpenterbeestudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refund Processing
